Project Description: This project included the renovation of four 3-story BEQ’s. Interior walls were demolished and replaced. New electrical and mechanical systems were installed, new room layout, and new exterior insulated finish system (EIFS).

Problems / Solutions: After approx. 20% of the project was complete, it was discovered that the entire plumbing system in the building was corroding and would have to be replaced. This added approximately 6000 man-hours of labor. Concurrently, the owner requested that the project schedule be shortened by one week to accommodate an incoming CAG (Carrier Air Group). WCC immediately deployed a secondary crew and began working double shifts. Due to our immediate response and close coordination, the project was completed on time and on budget.
