Project Description: This project included a complete renovation of a 3-story BEQ and an adjacent mechanical services / lounge building. Work included major interior demolition, removal and disposal of asbestos / PCB containing materials, renovation of room layout, bathrooms, recreation spaces, new electronic access and alarm systems, interior finishes, EIFS, new mechanical and electrical systems.

Problems / Solutions: The specified new existing keyless entry system would not interface properly with the existing base security system. / WCC met with end user to determine their needs. WCC found additional software and hardware options. New software was used and a new fully integrated system was designed and installed.
