Project Description: Project scope included complete renovation of four 3-story BEQ’s. Work included selective demolition, installation of new finishes, renovation of bathrooms and room layouts, upgrading of all electrical and security systems, installation of new casework, and construction of a new kitchen facility.

Problems / Solutions: Shortly after award, the owner requested that the start of the project be delayed several months. WCC used this time to develop a new work plan and project schedule in order to finish the project on time. WCC had materials for the project shipped to a storage facility near the site. Once notice to proceed was issued, WCC worked double shifts and was able to complete a project initially scheduled for 18 months in only 7 months.
